Tourists from popular locales like Kuta, the Legian, and Seminyak will need to spend a pleasant two-hour trip to reach here. History:

This exclusive Gate, built from volcanic stone, expands proudly approximately 3 meters in height and 4 meters in width, attracting a crowd of intrigued tourists from all over the world.

In 1974, the pioneer of golf in Indonesia, Ibnu Sutowo and his family not only brought the game to Bali but designed a golf course and established the legendary Bali Handara Country Club to share his joy for the game while providing work for the village. The 18 golf holes were artistically built under the management of a five-times British Open

Champion, Peter Thomson, and his associates, Michael Wolveridge and Ronald Fream .

Meanwhile, two years after the decision to found was made, in 1976, the club eventually opened the gates to golf lovers worldwide. Foreign dignitaries, politicians, and even leaders from various nations have visited the club.
